2. What is Gye Nyame?
  
Gye Nyame is an Adinkra symbol and a phrase that originates from the Akan people of Ghana. Gye Nyame is one of the most widely recognized Adinkra symbols. The phrase translates to "Except for God". Meaning no one can see everything, no one can know everything, and no one is all powerful
Except for God.

3. How long does shipping take, and do you offer international delivery?

Our shipping times vary depending on your location. For Canadian orders, you can expect delivery within 3-10 business days. USA orders may take 4-12 business days and international shipping may take about 6-25 business days.

4. Which international countries do you ship to?

As of now the only international countries we ship to are United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore

5. How does Pre-Order work?

Pre-ordering is a process where you can reserve and purchase an item before it is officially released. The item(s) will NOT be shipped out immediately, we will let you know which day your order will be shipped.

For Example: the 'Gye Nyame Collection' sunglasses will have a pre-order sale from March 6th-9th, 2024. Item(s) will then be shipped on March 13th, 2024. Meanwhile, the official launch date will be on March 22nd, 2024.

6. What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. We only accept returns in cases where the item(s) arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. Kindly contact info.lecr@gmail.com if you have any issues and we will do our best to assist you.
